OPS Privacy Policy

Effective Date: January 29, 2026

Introduction

Welcome to the OPS! This Privacy Policy is designed to help you understand how we collect, use, store, share, and protect data. The functionality of this SDK provides application developers with a monetization solution, while also offering end-users the opportunity to enhance their experience by sharing network bandwidth. We are committed to ensuring that the OPS complies with applicable privacy regulations worldwide, including but not limited to the European GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and the US CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act). Whether you are using our services as a developer or an end-user, your privacy is of utmost importance to us.

This Privacy Policy is divided into two parts: one for developers and one for end-users. Based on your role, you will be guided to the relevant section to understand our privacy practices and your rights.

Part 1: Privacy Policy for Application Developers

As an application developer, you integrate the OPS to provide monetization services for your application. In this process, you are responsible for ensuring that your application complies with applicable privacy regulations, particularly when handling end-user personal data.

1.1 Developer Responsibilities

Ensure User Consent

When integrating the OPS into your application, you must clearly inform users of how their personal data (including bandwidth data and device information) will be collected and processed, and ensure that users explicitly consent before enabling the SDK functionality. You must provide a privacy policy to users that explains the types of data collected by the SDK and its intended purposes. A clear consent interface must be provided, and consent must be revocable at any time.

Transparency Requirements

Developers must outline in the application’s privacy policy which data the SDK will collect (such as IP address, device information, bandwidth data, etc.), and explain how this data will be used, stored, and shared.

Developers must ensure that users understand how the SDK will collect bandwidth traffic through the application and clarify that this data will not be used for advertising or tracking purposes.

OPS SDK User Consent Copy & Implementation Requirements

You must present the following consent notice to users on the first launch of your app, and ensure that the user actively consents before performing SDK initialization, network connections, or IP address collection. A clickable hyperlink to the OPS SDK Privacy Policy must also be provided.

  • End-User Consent Pop-up Copy (must be used verbatim)

    OPS SDK Usage Authorization

To deliver a complete user experience, the OPS SDK needs to access your device's idle system resources and network IP address for downloading public network data from the internet.

Apart from your IP address, this SDK does not collect any other personal information.

Your participation is entirely voluntary, and you may withdraw at any time.

Read the OPS SDK Privacy Policy( clickable link) [ Yes, I agree ]  [ No, thanks ]

  • Developer Implementation Requirements Presentation timing: On first app launch, before obtaining the user's consent, you are strictly prohibited from performing any SDK connection or IP address collection.

    User choice logic:

Click “Yes, I agree“ → SDK initialization, network connection, and IP address collection may proceed.

Click “No, thanks” → OPS SDK related features must not be enabled, and no information may be collected.

Privacy policy link: The text “Read the OPS SDK Privacy Policy” must be implemented as a clickable hyperlink that directs to the full OPS SDK Privacy Policy page.

Withdrawability: If the user later wishes to opt out, your app must provide a setting option allowing the user to revoke consent.

Third-Party Cooperation and Data Sharing

Developers should inform users that the OPS may share data with third-party partners to support monetization features. Developers must also provide contact information for users to reach out with privacy-related questions.

Revocation of Consent and Data Deletion

Developers should provide a mechanism for users to withdraw consent. Once consent is withdrawn, the SDK must immediately stop processing that user’s data and ensure the deletion of all user data.

1.2 Data Usage and Processing

As the SDK provider, the data we collect is used solely for the following purposes:

  • Monetization and Revenue Distribution: To generate revenue through the sharing of bandwidth data from users' devices.
  • Compliance and Security: To ensure the SDK's compliance with legal regulations and to prevent misuse or fraudulent activities.
  • Developers must ensure that the SDK is used only after obtaining user consent, and the collection and use of data are clearly described in the privacy policy.

To enhance the performance and security of the OPS, we will take the following measures:

  • Track your website usage to ensure data security.
  • Investigate potential fraudulent activities and take necessary precautions.
  • Retain relevant records after account deletion to ensure the security of the OPS application.
  • Implement basic verification processes (such as email verification).
  • Issue warnings and take appropriate actions to ensure the smooth operation of the application.
  • Protect the data we hold, preventing network attacks and other threats to the integrity of the application.
  • Ensure secure data transmission and provide error-free services.
  • Analyze the platform’s usage to assess its scope and performance.

The retention period for OPS data:

If we no longer need the data for the purposes we originally collected it, and there is no legal obligation to retain the data (such as tax retention periods we must adhere to), we will delete all personal data. We will only retain personal data if it is necessary to fulfill legal obligations (particularly statutory retention periods) or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

Part 2: Privacy Policy for End Users of the Application

As an application user, the app you use participates in a network bandwidth sharing program through the OPS. This program is designed to generate revenue for app developers by collecting and sharing your bandwidth traffic, and in return, provide you with rewards (such as an ad-free app experience, in-game resurrection opportunities, etc.). We highly value your privacy and ensure that all data collection and usage comply with relevant privacy protection laws and regulations.

2.1 Data Collection

IP Address and Device Information

We collect your IP address and device information (such as operating system, device model, unique identifiers, etc.), which are essential for enabling the SDK functionality and ensuring the proper operation of the application. We use this data exclusively for the functioning of the SDK and will never use it for advertising or tracking purposes.

Bandwidth Traffic Data

We collect and forward your bandwidth data by requesting network access permission from your device. The bandwidth data you share does not contain any personal information and is only used for forwarding traffic within the SDK network.

All traffic data collected is solely for enhancing the functionality of the SDK and improving the user experience. It will not be shared with third parties for advertising, tracking, or unauthorized purposes.

Network Status Data

We collect your Wi-Fi status information (whether it is on or off) and other relevant data related to your network connection. This data is used only to ensure that the SDK operates properly.

2.2 User Informed Consent

Consent Interface

When using the application that integrates OPS, you will be presented with a clear consent interface that informs you of how the SDK will collect and use your data. The SDK will only begin processing your data once you provide your consent.

Right to Withdraw Consent

You have the right to opt-out of the SDK network at any time. You may withdraw your consent and stop sharing your data at any time. After withdrawing consent, we will stop collecting your bandwidth data and delete all associated data.

2.3 Data Usage Purposes

We collect your data solely for the following purposes:

Providing SDK Services: The data collected by the SDK is used to provide its core functionalities, including ensuring the SDK operates properly and facilitating revenue distribution.

Preventing Illegal Activities and Fraud:The collected data helps the SDK monitor and prevent any illegal activities or abuses that violate its terms of use, ensuring the security of the SDK and the integrity of the services provided.

Data Analysis and Service Optimization:The SDK uses anonymized data for analysis to improve the SDK's performance and enhance the end-user experience.

Legal Compliance:To comply with legal requirements (such as GDPR, CCPA, etc.), the SDK may need to collect and process data, including but not limited to tax compliance, security compliance, and other legal obligations.

2.4 Data Sharing
